Please allow 8-12 days for processing of your purchase as all pieces are made to order.
All orders are shipped from Costa Rica with DHL express. A link to track your order will be sent to you upon shipment.
Items will be delivered without import duties paid. This means you may have to pay import duties when your item is delivered or you may receive a bill at a later date from customs.
Shipment transit times vary per country.
America: 3-5 days. Europe: 5-7 days. Asia, Africa & Oceania: 7-15 days
returns
POSADAS accepts returns within 14 days of delivery date of full priced items. All items must be returned unused and in sellable condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
In order to initiate your return, please email termitamirageeditorial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will reply to confirm your request within 2-3 days, along with return shipment instructions.
Please complete returns in a timely manner. Your order refund will be processed once item is returned to us and reviewed. Please note shipping fees are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
